Checkout Problems

If, when you come to checkout, you are not able to complete the procedure, you may see one of these error messages:

1. Sorry, there are no available shipping methods for your location.

This message appears if your basket is too heavy. We have a weight limit per order of 29kg. To complete your order, go back one page and remove one or more items from your basket. Once you are under the weight limit you will be able to proceed though the checkout.

2. Sorry, there are no available shipping destinations for that location.

We ship anywhere within mainland UK. This message appears if you are trying to arrange a delivery to a destination outside of mainland UK.

If you get this error message and your shipping destination address is in mainland UK, please email us or phone us. We hope that this will not happen as the shop should let you place the order. We can release the ‘stop’ and let you proceed. Our office is staffed between 9am and 5pm. If we are on the phone, you will go through to our answer machine. Please leave a message with a contact phone number or email and will answer you as soon as possible.
