“My only criticism, the polystyrene nuggets used for packing are not biodegradable - is there a possibility you could use recycled newspaper instead?” C.T (Middlesex)

Vegetarian response: No need, CT! Our loose fill (or nuggets) ARE 100% biodegradable, being made from potato starch, not polystyrene. We have always used these for our packaging. You can dispose of them on your compost heap or in the recycling waste bin. We also use recycled paper for our stationery.

Vegetarian response: Our parcels are usually delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you would prefer to receive your parcel on a Wednesday or Thursday we will try to oblige. Specify the day you prefer in the ‘Customer notes’ box as you check out.
