General Terms and Conditions

Delivery

We deliver to all destinations within mainland UK¹ only. Parcels are sent out twice a week to arrive with you on either a Tuesday or Friday. All parcels are sent by Courier.

Out of stock

Should an item be out of stock, your order will be held and processed once new stock has been received. In the event that we can no longer source an item, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and JCB. Payments using any of these cards are made via the Worldpay payment system



You will be directed to their secure site to make the payment. Once completed you will be directed back to vegetarian.

Damaged Goods

We pack your order with care. If however your order is lost or damaged in transit let us know by emailing sales@vegetarian.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please put damaged in the subject line with your order number, send with a short message and we will get back to you. You can phone us on 01306 646858 but we will also need confirmation of any problem from you in writing. Please note that if an order is lost or damaged in transit we will not be able to cover any damages other than that of replacing the goods.

Cancellation and Returns policy

If you wish to cancel your order email us at sales@vegetarian.co.uk with your order number and send with a short message. Orders that are cancelled before they have been dispatched will have full refund net of £3 to cover administration and packing charges that will have been incurred. Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, please contact us to arrange collection of the parcel. Please note that returned items must be in good condition with the product packaging unopened and there will be a charge for the courier and administration costs.

Product Information

Product information, photographs, pack sizes and dietary information are all for illustrative purposes and general advice. From time to time product recipes, packaging, dietary classifications and ingredients change. We do regularly check the product ingredients and though we believe our information is correct this cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend that where there is a possibility of an allergic reaction you check the items yourself before use.
